The same as our AW Integral sole unit, the Hanwag Integral Light sole has a TPU frame that runs from the heel to the midfoot to give additional torsional stability. The frame is lower at the heel allowing us to use a softer PU, which provides better cushioning, yet makes no compromises on stability. The aggressive rubber outsole tread guarantees good grip on all types of terrain and uses a tried-and-tested VIBRAM® rubber compound. And thanks to 3D PrismBase technology, it has an extremely lightweight tread construction.
